There is no blue in the Saskatchewan flag
Actually there is!
If you look closely, the claws and tongue of the heraldic lion are blue. A heraldic lion in a flag is generally based on the English Lion and is typically red-colored, placed on a gold field with blue tongue and claws. Additionally, in 1998, the Protocol Office of Saskatchewan provided the official colors of the flag in Pantone© PMS system as 349, 109, 186 and 286 for green, yellow, red and blue, respectively.
Hope this helps.
