The Australian Capital Territory flag has three colors in its palette – blue, white and gold. The flag incorporates the Southern Cross and its five stars on a blue background and the ACT coat of arms on a gold/yellow background. These are also the colors of the city of Canberra.
The hexadecimal, RGB and CMYK codes are in the table. The closest Pantone® values of the blue and gold/yellow are 287 C and 116 C, respectively.

Formerly known as the Federal Capital Territory, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) contains the Australian capital Canberra and a few other surrounding townships. The flag was designed by Ivo Ostyn who has also suggested changes since. Most important of these is to do away with the coat of arms, which according to him, was insisted upon by the ACT Chief Minister, and led to a “sub-standard flag”.
