Aftgender is a term and NOT a gender. It is used to describe people who have been assigned pronouns at birth but like to change their physical body to the opposing sex. The term is relatively new being coined only in January of 2021.

The Aftgender pride flag consist of three horizontal stripes of indigo, tan and pink. The two stripe (indigo) is the broadest while the bottom two (tan and pink) are of equal size and relatively thinner. The closest Pantone® values fo the colors are 2665 C, 474 C and 507 C.
