The blue of the Finnish flag is actually Pantone 294 C that is #002F6C. For reference see: https://www.hs.fi/kuukausiliite/art-2000005347985.html (translation for the title “The blue of Finnish flag is 294 C – it should not be confused with Finnair, which is 2757 C, or Fazer, 280 C”). HS is the de facto newspaper in Finland.
